Many authors now pull reference images from places like Pinterest or search results to use as AI starters, often without realising that these images involve real people whose likeness is contractually protected. Uploading a face into an AI tool can breach an agreement with that person/agency, even when the intent is casual or exploratory.

Because Paperback Model exclusively showcases real models, we have a responsibility to be clear about how we prevent our imagery from being used in the context of AI. Images on this site are not generic references and they cannot be uploaded to Ai and used to recreate, remodel, or generate new likenesses elsewhere.

To support this, preview imagery on Paperbackmodel.com is protected using identification technologies such as ImaTAG. This allows us to keep previews open and accessible, while protecting the models, their likeness, their agencies, and the human work behind the site.

The agreement below exists to set that boundary in one place, so there is no ambiguity later, for you or for us.
